Free US and international shipping for wicks.
We try our best to ship within 24 hours. We will contact you if it will take more than 72 hours to ship. International orders may take up to 5 business days for mailing.
Returns
You have 30 days from receipt of your product to return it to us for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another style of the same price. Lighters must be in new, unused and undamaged condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Lighters from other dealers are not accepted for return or exchange.
Warranty
Please see the Maintenance section for tips on how to keep your IMCO working properly. There is no longer offer a warranty for defective IMCO Lighters through Thunderhawk Collectables. This is due to the fact that IMCO of Austria is now closed for business.

IMCO Lighter website does not keep any personal or financial information about our customers. Obviously we must keep some information for tax purposes, but we do not have mailing lists or use spam email for marketing.
